I was referred to Michael and I could not be happier with using him to defend my case. From the beginning, he was honest and straightforward, and really eased my anxiousness regarding my situation. He delivered, as promised, and I am forever grateful to Michael.

False arrest, misidentification.

I was wrongfully identified and wrongfully arrested for matching a description. Michael was my public defender and honestly he made this process so much better for me. I was very depressed and scared as a 23 year old I never thought something like this would happen to me. But it did and it happens, Michael assured me that eventually it would get dismissed but he helped me so much when it came to my stress and being so paranoid from the trauma I went through. I have never gotten arrested, and Michael made sure to give me reassurance. My case was dismissed and Michael made this happen. He had great arguments against the person who was testifying against me. He even went the extra mile by answering my phone calls and text messages even when he was busy. He is a great asset to our law system and he made it a much easier process for me and my family. I couldn’t be happier with this conclusion and I’m so thankful for the amount of work this man put in. I will forever be in debt to him because he allowed me to be free of this case and allowed me to go back to my life. This was probably the one of the hardest things I had to go through but Michael assured me that things would come to an end and he made that happen. Thank you Michael from the bottom of my heart. Very helpful

So after Mr. Flemming got my first case reduced I got in trouble and incarcerated in another county. While serving time in another county my probation was violated and a warrant was put out for my arrest. When I finally got out of prison I contacted probation in San Diego and they got me in touch with Mr. Flemming. Mr. Flemming got me in front of the judge via video court within a few days. The warrant was dismissed and my probation was terminated. Case closed. I couldn’t believe it. Mr. Flemming had no obligation to deal with my case after the fact and did a huge favor for me.

I was faced with 5 felony’s I made a bad choice mr Fleming was able to get me a great plea deal I was not the easiest client and I lied to him at first felt really bad about that but he is a good person and a great attorney anyone who gets him is very lucky he will fight for you I’m so very grateful for everything he did for me. Truthful and Direct highly recommended

First time ever dealing with any sort of legal issues Mr. Flemming did an excellent job at explaining the process and preparing me for what was to come. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and is very direct with you which at first put me off, but in the end was a positive characteristic of his. He always was very fast to respond back to any questions, comments, or concerns. I Would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to get the best possible outcome to whatever charges they face. Outcome - Was facing 2 felonies and numerous misdemeanors with a maximum of 10 years was able to get a deal for 18 months probation only and felony dropped to misdemeanor after successful completion of probation.

Mr. Flemming was appointed by the Court as the PD for my son. He worked well with the DA's office and they were able to make a very difficult situation more bearable. Mr. Flemming has always been extremely responsive to all emails, phone calls, and inquiries and always answers those calls within 24 hours.

Misdemeanor

I was appointed Mr. Flemming as my public defender for a ton of driving on a suspended tickets from years back. He knew exactly what to do, what to say and I got more time to fix my license issues from another state.
